Joining Old Jamestown Association

The Association is...incorporated as a not-for-profit benevolent organization in the State of Missouri...operates under a constitution and by-laws...is administered by a Board of Directors, elected by the membership...holds two membership meetings with programs each year, usually in April and October...holds special meetings on call...publishes a quarterly newsletter which includes an historical article about the area...issues annual membership cards...strives to keep members informed about pending issues.

The Association is not...a duplication of or in competition with local subdivision organizations...a political organization. (No partisan endorsements or campaign contributions.)

You should join the Association...to become better informed about what is happening in the community...to support the only area wide residents' organization in this part of the County...to provide residents' input to the County government through an acknowledged organization...to be part of a community team in the event of a major issue confronting the Old Jamestown Area.

Dues are currently $15.00 per family (all adult household members) or $10.00 per individual. To join the Association...contact us at prautes@aol.com or write to: The Old Jamestown Association, P.O. Box 2223, Florissant, MO 63032.
